Who we are

The founders of Radiance Partners, LLC have been instructors and coaches since 2005.  Our roots are from one of the first coach training programs in existence and we have evolved our program to meet the needs of the 21st century, including bringing in the latest in neuroscience discoveries.  We are known in the field for our deep understanding of the ICF Coaching Competencies, creating a robust program to align with the evolution of the 21^st century. Radiance is a boutique Coach Education Organization with ICF-Accredited Coach Education programs that graduate students who become confident, exceptional coaches who help fulfill our radiant mission to connect in spirit to catalyze powerful transformation.  We partner with individuals and organizations to co-create positive shifts to transform the heart of the world.
