    • Understand and apply the ICF Core Competencies and coaching ethics.
    • Understand the transformational foundation and the Transformational Dimensions that support quality coaching.
    • Understand how neuroscientific principles help explain the natural functioning of coaching.
    •  Learn how to think, listen, and respond as a coach in partnership with each client.
    • Apply the Radiance Process for Achieving Transformation in a flexible, client-centered way.
    • Partner with clients as they access their own answers, strengths, and unique paths to success.
    • Develop a clear and sustainable professional coaching practice.
    • Become confident coaches and leaders dedicated to the positive transformation of the world’s well-being.

    Radiance Coaching Philosophy

Radiance Coaching blends scientific principles with a transformational foundation to increase client self-awareness and well-being. Its transformational foundation recognizes the connectedness of people, the meaningfulness of individual lives, and the movement toward well-being. Neuroscientific principles help explain how coaching supports new neural pathways, while the ICF Core Competencies provide the global professional standards for coaching.

At Radiance, this integration of neuroscience and transformation is expressed through a non-directive coaching approach. The coach follows the client’s natural process, helping the client identify what is important and move toward the constructive outcomes they want.

Radiance Coaching can be applied to life, business and executive, team, and other coaching disciplines.

    Our Philosophy includes:

    1. Coaches and clients are partners in the process of transformation.
    2. Coaches help clients tap into their own answers and build upon their natural strengths and abilities.
    3. When clients build awareness of their state of being, the doing naturally follows.
    4. The power of coaching comes from the strength of the caring bond between the coach and client.
    5. Coaching is tailored to the individual needs of the client.
    6. Coaches come from the perspective that every interaction is an opportunity to be of service.
    7. Coaches proactively continue their own personal growth and discovery as well as professional enhancement.

    Graduation Requirements

In order to receive the Certified Radiance Coach (CRC) Certificate, Students are required to:

      • Participate in all training modules
      • Coach 3 clients through the Coaching Program while being mentored for 10 hours.
      • Engage in 6 demonstrations of coaching, 2 with oral assessments, 4 with written assessments
      • Demonstrate understanding of the Tools for Transformation
      • Pass the Ethics Exam
      • Complete the Life Thesis
      • Pass the Final Exam, a coaching demonstration assessed at the PCC level.
      • Develop a growth analysis of how the student plans to continue their coach learning journey after graduation.

Graduation from our program meets the ICF coach education requirements for coach certification for student learning hours, mentor coaching and passing program exams.

Successful completion of the Radiance Pathway to PCC Program enables you to be a Certified Radiance Coach (CRC) and part of the network of people serving the evolution of humanity. Radiance Coach Education is an ICF Accredited program, which means our graduate's Certificate will be accepted for the  ACTP PCC Credentialing path.  The additional requirements for credential application is the Coach Knowledge Assessment Exam administered by ICF, and a validation of the required number of coaching hours for the level of credential applied for.

Radiance provides many supports for their students to graduate in a reasonable period of time.  If the student is unable to graduate within 1 year after completing the final group class, they will have 2 options:

      1.  Continue as a student for an additional 6 months under mentoring at an additional cost.
      2. Accept a Radiance Level 1 Certificate (if all Level 1 graduation requirements are satisfied) plus a Certificate for the additional hours completed over 60.

If at the end of the 6 months the student still has not satisfied the requirements to graduate at the Level 2 level, they must accept a Radiance Level 1 Certificate (if all Level 1 graduation requirements are satisfied) plus a Certificate for the additional hours completed over 60.  Note that graduates with a Level 1 Certificate become Guest Members of the Radiance Community rather than full members.  If at a later date the Level 1 graduate feels they are ready to fulfill the Level 2 requirements, they can apply for paid mentorship to complete the course within 6 months from the mentorship start date and achieve their Level 2 Certificate.  In this case they will work with the Director of Education to determine the steps needed to complete their studies.

If a student wishes to apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential after they complete at least 60 hours of our Level 2 Program AND have 10 hours of mentoring AND have 100 hours coaching experience (25 hours may be pro bono), they may request a Level 1 Certification that will enable them to apply to ICF for the ACC using the Level 1 path. They may then continue their studies towards the Level 2 Certification.
