Radiance Partners, LLC has been cultivating transformative coaches and leaders since 2005. Born from one of the earliest coach training traditions and continually evolving with the wisdom of modern neuroscience, our work honors both the science and the spirit of meaningful change.

We are known for our deep devotion to the ICF Core Competencies and for our ongoing contributions to the coaching profession through teaching, writing, and global thought leadership. This includes a partner’s contribution to the ICF Coaching Book of Knowledge and to the ICF Exam Study Systems that support coaches around the world in achieving credentialing excellence.

As a boutique Coach Education Organization with ICF-accredited programs, Radiance prepares coaches to step forward with confidence, presence, and purpose. Together with individuals and organizations, we spark courageous growth, awaken possibility, and help create positive transformation that ripples outward to touch the heart of the world.
