At Radiance, we’re committed to supporting experienced coaches as they deepen their craft, expand their credentials, and serve their clients with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re looking to obtain your ICF certification, renew your credential, or evolve into a mentor or supervisor, we offer a wide array of learning pathways tailored to your next step.  Options include:

• Radiant Path,  designed for coaches who already have coach training from another organization and want to learn the highly effective Radiance Framework plus become part of the vibrant Radiance Community of high-level coaches. 
• Continuing Education Courses that offer CCEs
• 3-hour Coaching Ethics Course to fulfill the ICF Credential Renewal Requirement
• Coach Mentoring
• Coach Supervision
• Experienced Coaching Courses
• Monthly Illuminations:  90-minute webinars that introduce new concepts or techniques with space to practice them. 1.5 CCEs for each one you attend.  These are held on the first Wednesday of every month from 12 - 1:30 EST.

These courses are designed for experienced coaches who want to level up their skills and deepen their understanding.

Current Courses

• Professional Coach Mentor Certification:  A certificate course to train experienced coaches to become quality coach mentors.  35 hours.
• Mentoring for Masterful Coaching:  Take a deep dive back into the ICF Core Competencies from the perspective of a MCC Coach.  31 hours, includes 10 hours of MCC level mentoring to meet the ICF requirements for the MCC credential.
