Neal Henderson is a coach supervisor and team coach specializing in leadership transformation, cultural change, and systemic team development. A retired U.S. Navy Master Chief, Neal brings over 11 years of professional coaching experience and more than two decades of operational leadership in complex, high-stakes environments. He partners with credentialed coaches, leaders, and teams to deepen professional maturity, strengthen coaching presence, and expand systemic awareness.
