Career Coaching

This 3 module class helps the student understand the Radiance approach to coaching clients to find their Purposeful Career.  At the end of the class, participants can expect to know:

• The difference between Career Coaching and Career Counseling.
• Coaching the client to deal with their emotions.
• How to facilitate the Radiance Purposeful Career processes.
• Where these processes fit into the coaching program.
• How to help clients discover and identify their purposeful work.
• How to help clients know how to find work in their purposeful career.

This class is asynchronous:  you can take it on your own time via the 3 online modules.  As you complete the modules, you take the quiz to ensure you understand the concepts that were presented.  Once you pass the quiz, you can move on to the next module.  The trainer will be advised of when you take the module, and your score.

After module 3, you must try this coaching on a 'safe' person and write up the results.  Send these results to Diane Ingram, and you will receive 3 hours of Independent Study credits if you are a student, or a Certificate for 3 CCEs if you are a coach.
